4. Book your picnic and we will confirm your reservation by email.
5. At the specified date & time we deliver, set up, and style your luxury picnic. After your event, we return for cleanup. You simply arrive and enjoy.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you require a deposit to book a luxury picnic?
Yes. We ask for a small deposit to reserve your date and time. You can pay the remaining balance at the time of your picnic setup when we meet on-site.
What happens if it rains?
If rain or strong winds are forecast, we will contact you with alternative indoor covered options or help you reschedule. If rescheduling your luxury picnic is not an option, we will refund your deposit.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer flexible rescheduling when possible. For cancellations, please reach out as soon as possible so we can accommodate new dates. Your deposit is refundable up until 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.
How do I make a payment?
We discuss the details of your picnic together first. Once everything is confirmed, we send you a secure payment link for the deposit.
How long does a picnic last?
Our standard picnic duration is 2 hours for picnics for couples, and 3 hours for large parties. If extra time is needed, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate, if possible. We handle setup before you arrive and cleanup afterward, so your full experience is completely stress-free.
